15.11.2017Hi, Just a brief note, now the dust has settled, to say a big THANK YOU to you and your team for helping us to make our conference a success.
We had great feedback from delegates about the location, the layout of the conference facilities, the food, the service and the hotel itself.
We had positive feedback from the organising committee regarding the courtesy and efficiency of staff, the room resetting at every change of session and the willingness of staff to assist whenever asked.
From our part we would like to extend a special thank you to Aneta, who, for the duration of the event, was available at all times and whatever was asked, there was no problem, and all carried out with great attention to detail - it has been a pleasure to work in such a positive and professional atmosphere. Your Concierge team were most helpful with our many requests and we would like to extend a thank you to them for their patience.
We would also like to thank Eva and her AV team, again, very efficient in meeting our needs – both with the expected and the unexpected when some of our sponsors had late requests for equipment and assistance.
All in all a memorable conference for us and you should be proud of your team who helped to make it so, congratulations!
