What is an AV Loyalty Credit?
The credit system is intended exclusively for the frequent customers of our company
The loyalty system is intended for all registered contacts of the company AV COMPANY as the reward for the realized orders of audiovisual equipment with our company.
Through AV COMPANY Credit you get the possibility “to spend” points from your account for the goods from our catalogue or for the services in the field of AV technical equipment.
Account AV COMPANY Credit
After the successful realization of multiple orders and on-time payment of invoices we will automatically create AV COMPANY Credit for the Customer and will send information of the application to the loyalty system to the contact email of the Customer.
Calculation
The balance of account is based on the number of obtained credits (hereinafter points only) for the realized orders.
You gain the points from the total volume of AV technical equipment lease in the order. It does not apply to human resources, logistic charges and other supplementary services connected with AV technical equipment.
- For the volumes up to:
- CZK 10 000 you gain 100 points
- CZK 30 000 you gain 300 points
- CZK 50 000 you gain 500 points
- CZK 100 000 you gain 1000 points
- CZK 150 000 you gain 1500 points
- CZK 200 000 you gain 2000 points
- CZK 300 000 you gain 3000 points
- CZK 300 000 you gain 5000 points
- prices mentioned are excl. VAT
The price of 1 point is CZK 1.- without VAT in case of the order of expression of the discount for demanded orders.
The offered amount of credit is always specified in the price calculation of each job order.
Drawing of Credit
The gained credits may be used either in the form of a deduction of the job orders or in the form of order of goods from the catalogue of computer technical equipment and consumer electronic equipment.
The drawing of credit may be used on the basis of the sent application from the loyalty system only.
In case of drawing credits in the form of an order of goods from the catalogue the offer of 3 current and recommended products of our company will be sent to the Customer with individual consultancy free of charge.
Rules of the System AV COMPANY Credit
- the title to the points is only for duly and in time paid invoices
- the points cannot be exchanged for cash
- the collection of reward is not possible, if the Customer has unpaid liabilities after maturity
- the gained rewards are subject to taxation according to the Law on income tax, especially, according to provision of Law No. 586/92 Coll., as amended
