Every month we provide professional trainings to our technicians, especially, the training in etiquette in the hotel environment, training in dealing with a hotel Guest, business training in design and preparation of the event, business training and a number of specialized courses, such as language courses and training in the field of technical equipment (installation and operation).

The Management of the company also lays stress on clothing, team cooperation and conduct that is an important indicator in the negotiations with the Client.

The technicians wear, as standard, a society dark suit. In case of the requirement for special clothing according to the regulations of the hotel we are ready for the talks and adjustment of the clothing.
